Karin cleaned my house 1 time & did a great job! We set up second appointment for cleaning in 2 weeks. The day before she was to come again she canceled!! Also 1 week before Thanksgiving! Unprofessional! Canceling for no good reason is very unprofessional!! Not very responsible either! Very disappointed!!
