Tanisha is an extremely professional business owner who recognizes the importance and value of housecleaning and cares about delivering the highest quality service possible. She has come to my house twice, so far. Both times she arrived early and texted to let me know that she was waiting outside until our agreed upon time. I so appreciated that courtesy. She was punctual but didn't want to force us to have to rush to be ready early.
The 2nd time Tanisha came to our house was to start the cleaning with one of her team members. They worked steadily and were careful in handling our belongings. Tanisha has an eye for detail and could see that a slight re-arrangement in our Living Room made the whole room look larger and more comfortable! It was clear that if I had wanted it returned to the way it had looked, that would not have been a problem either.
Every task involved with cleaning our home was important to Tanisha. Many people who work in the housecleaning business will not do certain tasks at all, or want to charge you for them. Tanisha wants to do whichever tasks will make you feel happy with the cleanliness and care of your home.
I can't wait to start our regular bi-monthly cleaning schedule!

Tanisha and her team were great! They arrived early and got straight to work deep cleaning my apartment. They worked quickly and efficiently, and stayed in text contact with me to provide updates, ask questions, and notify me once they were done. I returned to a great-smelling and looking apartment, and the problem areas I had highlighted for the team were addressed wonderfully. Tanisha and her team went above and beyond, as well, in that they remade my bed, efficiently organized some of my kitchen items, and neatly rearranged my bathroom sink items. I highly recommend Luxuria, and will be using them again!

Luxuria cleaning (Tanisha) did an unbelievable job on my recently acquired house in Boston. This was a house that had not been cleaned in a long time and recently had some renovations. So not only was there grime but construction debris as well. Tanisha and her team, with a lot of hard work, made the houseclean and presentable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is unique, therefore the best way to give an accurate quote is for us to do walk through of your home. We estimate the cost based on the square footage, however the condition of the home does play a factor in the actual cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want our client to experience the best cleaning experience and to achieve that we prefer to do a walk through of the home to better understand the needs of our clients. This will also help us to prepare better for the project and to give a more accurate pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tanisha Salmon is the founder Luxuria Cleaning Services. Tanisha is also a Realtor with Coldwell Banker who sells homes in the Greater Boston and South Shore Area, so she knows the value of a clean home. She gained her hospitality and professional experience from working as a Property Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel for over 12 years. Tanisha is well rounded in all areas of managing, selling and maintaining a pristine home and her clients appreciates her value.
