- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are according to the type of cleaning and size of the house. Additional services such as oven, refrigerator, porch, deck or external glass cleaning can also be hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have the first contact with a new customer we like to ask them about their needs, that way we could offer the service that suit them the best, then having the information about the size of the house we give them a very affordable price and continue to explain detailed our service. Once they accept the price and we agree the jobs that need to be done we continue to schedule a convenient date and time for the team to perform the cleaning, once the cleaning is done the team would walk through the house to make sure everything is perfect and the customer is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teams are constantly training. First of all we do an assessment to see how are their skills cleaning and we make a list with the things that they would need to improve, we start a training and they don't clean houses by themselves until they are ready. Also we supervise them constantly to ensure the quality of their job and the happiness of our customers
