- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have a cleaning frequency we will give you a discount. But if you recommend me to your family or friend and neighbors and he hired us you get a free cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we know the house. Then we take our supplies and share the task in its parts, bathrooms along with rooms and the other part is the living room and the kitchen. Usually we move a lot of the furniture to clean where others do not clean. Read our recommendations and check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In our house everything was always clean, we always had maid at home everyday, we know where the difference is in cleaning.
