We will also be contacting you frequently to get your feedback in order to improve our work on your home! If you are unhappy with any area we clean, simply send us a text message within 24 hours and we will get back to you to clean it for free. Cleaning staff must be allowed to return home. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds or cash for cleaning, but we will refund 100% and clean. (About what was complained about).
