Crystal was amazing. She did a fantastic job in cleaning my home, it was spotless and smelled so nice. Her attention to detail was impeccable and she did little extra things like arranging the blankets on the beds in a cute different way and placing my decorative pillows in creative ways. I highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts on recurring services:
Monthly: 15%
Biweekly: 20%
Weekly: 25%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will review with the customer their cleaning requirements upfront over the phone to provide a detailed final estimate, instructions, and book date for the clean. Before the cleaning, the assigned cleaner will review the cleaning instructions to ensure they have all of the supplies necessary for the job and review directions to the clean. Upon day of the cleaning, when the cleaners arrives they will do an initial walk through to verify all cleaning requirements. The cleaning will be performed per the requirements and once completed a final walk through will be done. Upon completion all information about the clean will be available to the customer in their online portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners have professional experience in house cleaning.
