- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact me to schedule a pickup, I bring it back and weigh it out. We charge $1.25lb. Than we spot treat, wash, dry, fold and bag it up with a color system to keep everything organized.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have mastered laundry for our family and figured why not help others as well.
