Seven years ago, I left Brazil with a heart full of hope and eyes set on the future. I came in search of the American dream, with a suitcase full of nostalgia and a heart filled with courage. The beginning was not easy, but the determination to succeed kept me strong. It was then that I found work in cleaning—a job that at first seemed like just a means to an end, but quickly became so much more. Day after day, I discovered that every house I cleaned was a transformed space, an opportunity to leave a little bit of myself in every corner. The satisfaction of seeing a home shine, of feeling the gratitude of the clients, captivated me to the point where I realized: I had found my passion. Today, I walk this path with my mother, and with each client, each space we clean, it feels like an extension of our family. Every smile we receive is a confirmation that we are on the right path. Now, more than ever, I feel fulfilled. The American dream has come true, but the greatest gift it has given me is the ability to transform lives, one cleaning at a time. And this journey is only just beginning.
