We were moving into our new place on a Saturday and didn't get the keys until Thursday, so there was basically no time to get everything cleaned beforehand. Different cleaners have come out at different times and the work has stayed pretty even, which might just be luck so far. Didn't expect much since it wasn't dirty exactly, just neglected, but they still spent a few hours on it. The cleaner just came in and got to work, no judgment, no awkward small talk about the state of things. House looked ready by the time people actually showed up, which is really all I wanted.
