- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not including discounts: (we automatically apply discounts on our booking page) 1 bed, 1 bath- $109 2 bed, 1 bath- $119 2 bed, 2 bath- $129 3 bed, 2 bath- $130 etc, we go all the way up to 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. We can clean bigger houses, just please call us to discuss it. It takes about 60 seconds to book a cleaning online. As you select options for your cleaning, you can see the pricing change accordingly. We also offer some extras such as inside the oven and window cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. We confirm your booking and send a reminder. Then when we arrive at yours we'll follow a detailed checklist and pay attention to any extras you requested. After we're done we'll call and ask how we can do a better job next time, take notes and then follow them at your next cleaning! That way we're always doing a better job for you each time :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional maids all have many years of cleaning experience under their belts, and have been vetted so only the very best get hired. You can expect your maid to have a deep understanding of each step of the cleaning process, and can guide you through it. They are all fluent in English, background-checked and courteous.
