- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a system that is a national based pricing network and we adjust it to fit our clients budgets. We are able to provide a digital itemized quote on the spot and able to proceed with the work. The Materials we use for our clients are the absolute best you can buy and therefore are very costly. Many people do not fully understand the cost of material and should call vendors and do some research on pricing. Professional labor is worth the price. The outcome is unmatched by intermediate or novice craftsman and it always comes back to “you get what you pay for.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically provide a general quote through Thumbtack that can used as a base price for the project. However, it is required that our professional estimators come to take proper measurements and walk you through process of the project. We will provide a written estimate on site and can contract the job immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned a great deal of my knowledge from my father and other Tradesman. There's no training like On The Job Training . Luckily for me most of the mistakes I made were in my younger years as a painter working for genuine professional finish painters and thankfully they had the patience and understanding to teach me and hone my skills. They were very demanding and the expectations were high. It was the best schooling I could have received.
