FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a firm proposal. Some odd circumstances may require a time and material approach. We typically require a deposit to begin project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important is what is the desired outcome. Some rental homes may have have different requirements than a beautifully appointed family home. Longest lasting wall surface and trim paint compared to a quick paint clean up is approached differently because of different materials needed. Many times, close up and overall pictures along with room and project dimensions can be used to get a proposal together. With a specific listing of items to be painted and color choices. Repair items like rot, peeling or cracks and other damages need to be evaluated in person.
