- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. New customers can get their first lawn mow for just $19. Ongoing service is based on the property size and service frequency, with most bi-weekly lawns ranging between $35–$45 per visit. Weekly service is also available. We always communicate pricing upfront before work begins, and there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by confirming the property address, lawn condition, and preferred service frequency. Once booked, we match the property with a local lawn care professional in the area. After the first service, we provide ongoing service recommendations and scheduling options. Customers receive updates, completion photos, and support throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in lawn care operations, customer service, scheduling, and property maintenance coordination. We work with experienced lawn care professionals who understand proper mowing practices, edging, trimming, and maintaining healthy lawns in Florida’s climate.
