- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
please email 4EVRBEAUTYBYEVELYN@GMAIL for all inquiries Bridal preview/consultation: $100 plus travel -Makeup Only- (If you require bridal hair styling, I will hire a bridal specialist to assist me on the day of. Additional rates apply for both services to be done. Bridal makeup application comes with personalized skin prep, lash strip in the style of your choice, contouring, High end foundation in two choices: traditional or airbrush foundation, water proof, set to last 18+ hours and customized to your features. You will also receive a touch up kit if you are not having me stay on site for makeup touch ups. Available in Natural, Neutral or Full Glam $150 + $110 (special event makeup fee) per additional bridal party member for a long lasting traditional or airbrush makeup application (choices must be made before wedding date to ensure proper set up). Pricing does include lashes but it does not include a touch up kit. Bridal party members will recieve touch ups at the end of makeup schedule. Any lash application outside of the bride and her bridal party would be $15 per application. Flower girls get makeup for FREE if they are under the age of 10. This includes blush, gloss and a wash of shimmer shadow Junior bridesmaids (18 and under) are able to get age appropriate makeup, pricing may vary. ** starting at 65 up to regular special event pricing. ** I offer on location services. Which means you have the convenience of the artist coming to you. If you are not comfortable with me coming to you, a studio may be rented and additional fees will apply. -The travel fee starts at $30 (first 45 miles round trip and is based on distance and location traveled). Any wedding with an early start that is located over two and a half hours away will be required to pay a hotel for the night to ensure I am able to start on time and perform to the best of my ability. -Any schedule that is required to start before or after regular business hours will be charged an additional $25 per hour. Regular hours are from 8am-7pm Reservation fee: 20% deposit to secure your date (this is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from your total balance. Your remaining balance is due no later than the day before your wedding) Touch ups for photos: $50 per hour Tattoo cover ups start at $25. based on size and additional time needed to cover Special event makeup/single Makeup application (Quinceneras, birthdays, etc) $100 plus travel photoshoot/fashion event: $300 half day rate (4/5hrs) $500 full day rate (up to 9 hours) *Do and gos available Bride Hair & Makeup is $260 + $195 per bridal party member who are also receiving both hair and makeup. Eyelash Extensions: New clients receive 20% off their first full set and will receive 15% off their next service for every referral and review. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact: Answer email or direct message with introduction. Provide information on services offered and ask questions necessary to understand needs of the client. Most times we set up bridal preview or consultation. Bridal consultation: This usually is done 2 months before wedding day. This is where we test out a look for the wedding day and talk details of wedding day, preferences and skin prep leading up to wedding day. Photos and video will be taken to document the look chosen so edits can be made on wedding day. Finalizing details: Once bride is happy with her preview. This is where we finalize the booking by signing a bridal agreement and collecting a deposit (20%). We also discuss timeline for wedding day and this is usually coordinated/shared with your wedding planner, photographer and hair stylist to ensure a smooth workflow. Wedding day prep/execution: Kit preparation is done a day or two before the wedding day to make sure everything is clean, organized, and stocked. I will show up 30 minutes before start time on your wedding day to set up my kit. Provide all makeup services and with the remaining 15 minutes of the get ready timeline, I will do touch ups to make sure everyone is at their best. (hourly touch ups for photos available as add on service) Post follow up: I will check in to make sure you enjoyed your makeup experience and ask for feedback.
