Dear Cedric I’m sorry about the situation. Just to clarify. We did an amazing job at your property. We did concrete and turff, on the concrete side we added 30% more area on the request of your wife with no extra coat to you. On the turff side we had to level your land so it would not have steps, because you work with children, take took 3 times more base, we also did not add to the cost. Because of the leveling the land was elevated and the fence posts were at a lower level (that should be a work that the fence company would have to do), but to please you, again at no extra cost to you we bought new postes, painted it black, cut your fence and reinstalled it. Did not charge an extra dollar for that. We did all of that because if our good intention to please the client. No you publish these pictures that are not even the ones from the new fence we did! Again. Apologies for an inconvenience but we did not agree with your assessment of the situation.
