I randomly found mold in my closet. Requested an estimate. Craig reached out and I was able to schedule with Brian around 9pm ish. Business owners aren’t available around that time so I’m thankful he took the time to schedule an appointment with me for the next day. Max came out the next day on time super awesome guy. Really good at what he does. Made me feel comfortable, safe, and most importantly kept me calm. Who wouldn’t freak out after discovering mold on luxury items and also in a expensive apartment. He took surface samplings also air. I am waiting on results but I can assure you I feel great that I hire Nanoguard. Thank you Max and the team.

As a Realtor, I always need amazing partnerships that I can depend on to get my listings sold, or to help potential buyers. And, once again, Nano Guard did not disappoint! When a home inspection indicated mold in a bedroom wall, Max Jensen graciously came to the house within the day to do a thorough and professional evaluation. He prepared a very comprehensive, innovative report and estimate for my sellers that very same evening. Then Brian Blair expertly performed the mold mitigation process, while keeping me informed and up to date throughout. When a second inspection report suggested suspicion of mold in additional locations, Brian expeditiously returned to the home to do further mold & moisture readings, and made it possible to alleviate all of the buyers' concerns. Max and Brian both stayed in touch with me well past regular business hours to prepare customized reports for the buyers. They were willing to do whatever was necessary, and exerted maximum effort, to get things completed in a timely manner so timeframes and deadlines in the transaction could be met. In any business, we all need strong relationships with true professionals that will go above and beyond to help you get a job done.
