Got 5 quotes and nanoguard was right in the middle but the lowest did not include the demolition work as they did so we agreed to go with them. I could not have been happier. Max Brian and Brian were all through and walked us thru each step and explained everything and did a great job. We had quite a bit of black mold and they did a great job and did not even have to remove and were able to save all the studs. After it was all done I could see studs and the concrete that is under where the tub in the bathroom was. Also when we found some cracks in the shower floor in the master bath as well they treated it locally and will be back out when we have a plumber rip out and put the new shower flor in to contain and treat the area if needed. Great Job and a huge thanks.
