I would start by saying the movers would have gotten a better review if they maintained professionalism. A few things that occurred were unacceptable. The first thing I have an issue with is one of the movers asking my wife inappropriate questions do you have a husband or children. The manner of the mover was not respectful as my wife felt uncomfortable. With any business your employees need to conduct themselves as professional. Secondly the movers were nearly an hour late. On top of being late they intended you to charge us 3 hours of labor when they stated they were done after an hour and half. The explanation was the app charged them $100 which is not our issue. We pay for the services rendered not what an app charges you. I don’t recommend this company based on our experience a creepy male hitting on a married woman along with tardiness and attempting to charge labor hours without reason after informing me that we can book for 3 hours, but if the job was done sooner they would only charge for the amount of time of labor. My advice to the owner is please uphold your agreement and certainly ensure your employees do not speak to customers in an inappropriate manner.

I want to emphasize that the contract was for three hours, okay, and we did a great job. We finished the job ahead of time in 2 hours. In the same way you have to Cancel the three hours, Because we stopped making other reservations to reserve your 3 hours for you, okay, I also want to make it clear to you that you were the one who made the reservation and you were not at home. I was at your in-laws and another girl, they talked a lot. They made us talk a lot and we answered their questions, okay. That your wife was upset because she didn’t want to pay for the 3 hours is another thing, but God bless her.
