- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a 5% discount for seniors, students and military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple here. Your move starts with a call, text, or online order form. We then work closely with you to determine a estimate, service date/time and game plan to efficiently complete your move. After availability and pricing is confirmed, we take a small deposit towards your move to lock things in. Come move week, you will receive text notifications with reminders and updates regarding your scheduled move. You will always be in the loop. After the crew perfectly executes your move, your crew will clean up and make sure you no longer need their assistance. Once all is done, the lead will accept payment and the crew will leave you to relax!
