These guys were TERRIFIC! I had them move my daughter's stuff from Orlando to South Florida, and everything went smoothly from the moment I hired them to the end of the move. They responded quickly and appropriately to all messages. They took due care to protect floors and doors and were very careful with how they wrapped and protected all the furniture. On top of that, they arrived on time, were professional and respectful, showed up with all the supplies they needed, and even offered to do some extra things for us. The reasonable price range they gave me was exactly where we ended up. What a great experience!! I so appreciated this fantastic crew and how they provided an easy, stress-free professional experience. It is always scary hiring movers when you hear so many crazy stories. They did everything right from start to finish, so I highly recommend hiring NEXT STOP MOVING!

The move was great and the men who helped moved my belongings were professional. The move took longer than expected but that was fine. The only issue is my broken craft cart and broken entertainment system. The wheel on my craft cart was broken during the move and their only suggestion was to put glue around it. After inspecting my things, the entertainment system leg was broken as well.

Hey Jessica, Thank your for the positive feedback! We can confirm the Rollie cart leg is not broken and you can see from the photo the screw and bolt is intact-No damage or breakage it just slipped out. The cart was also fully loaded with items when we recommended taking takings out of drawers/spaces for safe transport. The screw hole is slightly stripped so we know glue would fill the space and do the trick for something very simple like this. The entertainment center-(it is not broken and the leg itself is not broken- one screw fell out of one of the legs) there was no mention or indication of the leg breaking. If the guys knew they certainly would have flattened the base of the leg so they can screw the one screw back in. Our team wrapped all the furniture and placed everything where you wanted and did a walk through at the end. It appears when the guys left, the entertainment center leg might have been dragged causing the screw to pop out. The material for the entertainment center leg is also particle board. Material that is easy breakable which we mentioned on our paperwork. The guys do their best to wrap and move all furniture, sometimes small mistakes happen out of our control but we always take care of our clients. Although there was no negligence on our part, these items were not on our inventory list, and we can confirm both items are not broken, but may need minor repair - we would love to help fix this.
