Let me start here they gave me a quote $1070 two days prior to moving me they charged my card $200 deposit on the day of moving they charged me $1117 so now its a total of $1317 way different, I called them they did refund the $200 ok now it took 2 storage units to move my 3 bedroom home, my payment was for 3 men and total of 5-7 hours, ok they came and started at 945am done around 1130 am , one guy took one storage unit dropped it at my new location, they guys unloading me ok, now Im waiting for my second unit with all my clothes , work clothes blankets money personal things, so, its 1pm I called Flex they said someone will be in route between 120-330pm , I said wait I have the guys for 5-6 hours they been waiting for my unit if we go over the time who will pay for it because the time I paid for they only worked 3 hours they said do not worry, ok 5,530,6,630pm,7pm 8pm 9pm I called no unit now that unit I have been waiting for was left and unlocked , so I drove back to the location. And put locks on my unit, I called flex no answers no call no emails no apologies, 12 or 1am someone drops off the unit . fast forward now its morning no calls no movers no nothing , I unpacked my own unit alone by myself because I had no one at home to help this is why I hired them, I amSo livid I missed work for two days straight, no one has called me or called me about a refund for the whole delivery because they never helped me I have recorded myself unloading I recorded my conversations and I recorded my unit the whole process I have recorded. I want a full refund. Update Flex resolved my issue with no pressure at all.

I live frequently as my job requires me to. My experience with Flex moving and storage is the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company.I called the day prior to my reserved move date to confirm three laborers and a dolly were going to arrive the next day. On the day of the move I had two laborers with no dolly show up. They told me Flex does not provide them with equipment. The laborers were also third party contractors that did not work directly for Flex. I had to drive to Lowes to rent a dolly using my own time and money to enable the laborers to complete their job. The laborers provided poor service marking my walls on multiple locations and one laborer threw multiple boxes on the floor. I had to ask him to be more careful with my stuff. I had two mirrors broken and a few dishes. They also damaged two pieces of furniture. When I contacted their supervisor to request they send a third person ( which was originally what was reserved) they sent a person out but he had a limp and was useless moving anything over 30 pounds.However, Flex reached out to me the next business day and completely resolved my concerns. Their customer service department made everything right to my satisfaction. I am impressed with their concern for my satisfaction with their service and the speed at which they reached out to make everything right. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.

I had a horrible experience. They sent me three guys who knew absolutely nothing about moving and were very unorganized and very slow. I had a bed frame, two side tables and a tall dresser. They ruined all the pieces along with dents in my wall coming down the stairs. It almost looks like they dropped the dresser in the street because thats how bad it was. I even had 90% of the boxes in the garage for them to load. If I had known my furniture was ruined I would have never given them $70 for lunch. When someone ruins every piece of furniture and never tells you, that says a lot about their character. Yes I complained to Aaron which he said fill out a form but its not that easy and he has not returned my call. Then I find out I was charged an extra $405.00 because the guys were super slow and went for lunch.Flex moving did reach out to me and we came to an agreement for the damaged furniture. In Stephanie and Leylla were very helpful in resolving this issue.

I booked with this company, but cancelled 15 minutes later after discovering their poor online reviews. Despite cancelling, I was still charged 2 business days later. I'd strongly advise against using them. Check their rating on the BBB website and other review platforms before making a decision.***Update: I've had a positive follow up with their customer service team. They've reached out, listened to my concerns, and recognized their mistake. It's clear they're making an effort to improve their customer relationships. Hopefully, this attention to customer feedback will lead to better service and fewer issues going forward.
