The scope of the job — moving from a first-floor apartment to a third-floor apartment — was clearly explained and understood. The duration of any move can vary depending on factors such as the amount of furniture, the layout of the building, and access points. Two movers are standard for this type of move unless additional labor is requested in advance. If more movers were needed, we would have gladly accommodated that request during scheduling. In our VCG Logistics Residential Moving Agreement that you agree, and sign. Clearly states that: 5. PRICING AND PAYMENT: “The total cost of the move will be determined at the end of job completion.
