Introduction: With a B.S. in Event Management from the University of Central Florida, I have the passion, knowledge, and experience of planning and organizing a wide variety of events. Throughout college, I knew I wanted to start my own business and enjoy the flexibility of not knowing what each day might have to offer. I am truly so excited to be doing something I love. Serenity Events is about allowing clients to have a stress-free and peaceful experience while planning their event or trip. They can choose to be as hands-on or off as they'd like because they can be confident that I will be working hard around the clock to bring their vision to life. Feel free to check out my website to find out exactly what packages I offer for events and travel. Note: I am an independent travel planner. For travel, I charge an upfront planning fee for my services. I do not get a commission from booking accommodations or excursions. I believe in creating an experience based on your specific needs, not based on contractual agreements with hotels or companies like other agents. I charge a general fee per day of travel in which I plan a custom itinerary and book all activities. For domestic trips, I charge $80/day. For international trips, I charge $150/day. A discount will be applied for a week or more of travel. I also create custom packages, so prices can vary. Therefore, you will not pay for any service not needed. Autumn was excellent, and I would highly recommend her! She was very helpful and handled everything just as I asked. I recently took a trip to visit Charleston with my girlfriend, and we had a blast. Autumn booked our hotel and flights to and from Florida. She was very friendly and attentive during our first meeting and paid close attention to what I wanted to do during the trip. I was sent two different itineraries, and I was able to mix and match the things I wanted to do, and she was able to incorporate all my requests. She also provided this really cool “Know before you go” booklet. It had information about the city and cool spots to check out in our downtime. She was very easy to get in contact with, super accommodating, and extremely friendly. This was my first time using a travel planner, but it saved me so much time due to my busy schedule, so it was well worth it. 10/10 would recommend.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Clients are welcome to choose from a selection of packages already formed, or I can customize a package based on their needs. Pricing ranges depending on the services needed.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a free consultation to make sure I can meet your needs. Once a contract is signed and a needs assessment is held, I immediately get to work. You will be provided a welcome packet and next steps as part of the onboarding process.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelor of Science in Event Management. In addition, I have years of experience working in the event world.
