Serenity Events was exactly what I was looking for. We had such a great experience with Autumn. She was super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. She accommodated all of our request. You all made my wedding beautiful and more than what I expected! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team!

Honestly I am still in awe and shock at how beautiful our wedding was and how well everything went day of! We didn’t want a day of coordinator originally and even thought it wouldn’t be worth the money but our venue required we find someone. We stumbled across Serenity events and Autumn and we were impressed immediately. The contact was on point and day of Autumn and her team made everything run so smoothly, they were willing to help in ANY way, even standing in as a DJ at times. We had the time of our lives and would recommend this team to anyone looking and especially anyone apprehensive about what a day of coordinator is or what a wedding planner can do. I am so thankful for Serenity Events for helping to plan my dream wedding Oct 2023. My husband and I worked with Autumn for over a year planning this event and it was perfect! She is a superstar! She is very organized, professional, has a vast working knowledge of the wedding industry, great connections with local vendors and was able to solve any problems that arose. We had a ton of last-minute questions and changes, and she was patient, flexible and reassured us the entire way. The entire planning process was very stress-free for us, she handled even the smallest of details and made sure that everything was taken care of.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Clients are welcome to choose from a selection of packages already formed, or I can customize a package based on their needs. Pricing ranges depending on the services needed.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a free consultation to make sure I can meet your needs. Once a contract is signed and a needs assessment is held, I immediately get to work. You will be provided a welcome packet and next steps as part of the onboarding process.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelor of Science in Event Management. In addition, I have years of experience working in the event world.
