- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is the "Great Fit" method. I am more interested in customers comfort in my services than just another guest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am classically french trained at Le Cordon Bleu, well traveled and verse in numerous cusines, as well as dietary needs. Presently I have for the past 4 years honed my skills in vegan and vegetarian life styles.
