Chef Joe, was amazing, we had such a good time and enjoy really good food: a delicious tuna appetizer, for the entry we had filet mignon Perfectly cook and a delicious lava cake and Wine. We love to go out for dinners and before anything we always look at the reviews…Our experience with Chef Joe was definitely a five star, I wish there were more stars because it was such a great experience. I truly recommend you to experience it yourself’s you won’t regret it.

Chef Joe was the perfect addition to my husband's birthday dinner party! Booking was fun, as he provides great menu suggestions, works with the hosts to meet their requests, and provides reasonable pricing. We enjoyed a fresh, unique salad and a seafood dish as we dined by the water. Chef Joe's presence was professional, personable, and accommodating. Hope to book again soon!

Chef Joe did a wonderful job hosting a dinner as well as a brunch the following day for my husbands birthday. Everyone raved about the food which included the beef Wellington as the main dinner entree and the next day bloody mary’s, mimosas, fresh fruit, short ribs, breakfast potatoes, Napoleons, and made to order omelets and potatoes. It was my first blueberry banana pancake and it’s my new favorite!! He was efficient, clean, unobtrusive yet friendly, and wonderful to work with. We look forward to working with him and Madelyn again.

What a wonderful experience! We chose Tasty Obsessions to do something different for our staycation and he exceeded our expectations. Chef Joe and his team were kind, warm, and funny. We did like a “chef’s table” experience and were able to learn a bit of the background story that led to his creations. He had very good attention to detail. Every dish was to die for! The oxtail and the flan left us speechless. Trust us, he won’t disappoint!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing definitely fluctuates on an as needed basis. Sometimes events require more detail than let's say a small get together. Also all prices account for my services ONLY, and does not include food cost.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I feel it is important to get to know the person you will be inviting into your home. I always like to start with a phone conversation for 10 minutes discussing needs/wants and from there I encourage a face to face meet where I will travel to you, and get more details about the event and special needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I graduated Le Cordon Bleu with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. With that I also hold a Food Managers License, as well as 10 Years experience in commercial fine dining establishments.
