With the housing market skyrocketing for sellers in early 2021, I pushed up the time frame for selling my house and downsizing as I headed into retirement. However, that meant going through the mounds and mounds and mounds of furniture and papers and junk accumulated through 26 years of renting and home ownership. I couldnt face that prospect alone. Enter Jamie. Through persistence and humor, she got me through organizing and determining what to get rid of. She came prepared with everything needed to sort and identify and pack. She kept my spirits up and was encouraging every step of the way. And wow, did it pay off. My house sold in four days and $21,000 above asking price. I could not have done it without Jamies guidance and expertise. I heartily recommend her to anyone wishing to organize and get their everyday life in order!
