I’m a Girls Gone Strong Women’s Coaching Specialist & NASM-certified personal trainer who specializes in helping women build strength, improve bone health, lose body fat, and create healthy habits that last. I also have extensive experience working with cancer survivors, individuals with unique abilities, and women navigating child birth, menopause or osteoporosis concerns.
My coaching is personalized to fit your lifestyle, whether we work together in person or online. You’ll receive expert guidance, accountability, and encouragement every step of the way so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—not just for a few weeks, but for life.

Summary of my time with you:
1. Wearing my wedding band again!
2. Wearing shirts and pants again I haven’t worn for 2 years!
3. Losing solid 15lbs in about 4.5 months!
4. Using healthy portion control sizes for meals.
5. Paying attention to macros!
6. Walking as much as possible - even if it means parking the farthest away from the store! Add in as much walking as possible to my daily routine.
7. Enjoying the assigned home workouts designed just for me, adding in free weights, and using body weight workouts one and then two times a week! Makes all the difference in the world!
