- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible based on how many sessions and how long each session is. I am flexible to meet the needs of the client. Some clients will want 30 minutes, others will want 60. Some want to train once, twice or three times a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a full needs assessment and am qualified to work with your Physician if needed / desired to ensure you are getting the best programming available. We cover your goals, fitness experience, nutrition, mindset and what your lifestyle is like. This will help me determine some paths and present those to you for further discussion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. National Academy of Sports Medicine Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I'm an American Heart Association CPR Instructor and Certified Fitness Safety Manager. I'm an author of three books covering fitness, client relationships and mindfulness.
