My wife can’t say enough about her experience working out with Candy. She appreciates her trainer’s compassion, fitness expertise and mix of workouts that are helping her both mentally and physically become more intentional, motivated and committed to losing weight and overall better health. She feels blessed to have found Candy as her personal trainer.

Candace is an absolute pleasure to work with. Being that she is a Registered Nurse and an IFBB Figure Pro, she is extremely knowledgeable on the body, nutrition, and exercise. Even though her physique was intimidating at first, she is so encouraging, understanding and nonjudgmental that she became my inspiration. I’m so glad to have found such an amazing trainer who helps me meet my health and fitness goals!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I get a new client, I will ask them questions about their health and expectations. They also have an opportunity to ask me questions. I think it’s very important to be on the same page and that my client feels comfortable working with me.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    1. 20 years experience as a registered nurse 2. NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist 3. IFBB Pro figure competitor

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always been active in sports. After I started competing in bodybuilding, I got my personal training certification and learned more about proper form and different training techniques. Since then, I feel very passionate about helping people trying to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into their schedules and teach them how to train safely to get the results they want.
