I have been training with Kara for about six weeks now. She is awesome, instantly puts you at ease and is very knowledgeable in her field. It's easy finding a trainer that can help you lose weight, however my goal is to gain weight and build muscle in a healthy way and she has the skill set for this. Thanks to her I am well on my way to meeting my weight gaining goals. I highly recommend her!

Kara is hands down the best personal trainer i have ever worked with. She pushes me when I feel like I can’t go any more and actually makes training fun. I look forward to our sessions each week, it’s like hanging out with an old friend. She is results focused and has helped me lose stubborn weight I never thought would come off. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!

Kara has been absolutely amazing! She listened to my goals and has targeted my workouts to achieve those goals! Kara has brought out the strength in me and in my workouts. consistency was always a struggle for me while working out because I lacked knowledge and motivation to achieve my fitness goals… Kara made me achieve that In my first month of training with her… her training pushed not just my body but my mind to achieve fitness goals and challenge myself to do go the extra mile and further and see results beyond my expectation I lost 4 percent of body fat within the first few weeks and gained so much strength mentally and physically… grateful for her training and grateful for the fitness journey I am on with her as my Fitness Trainer :)
