I’ve always been an ‘in person’ type of gal and was very hesitant to hire any online services, especially anything to do with fitness/wellness until I decided to give NuLife Fitness a shot; because of my new schedule, it was what made sense. I honestly don’t know why I didn’t do it before. My trainer ASH made things so simple to follow and was always so helpful with all my questions. She always followed up and checked up on me. I gotta say, I will never spend money on an ‘in person’ trainer again as long as I have NuLife. I’m so happy with my results so far, I’m down 11 pounds and I feel so much better about myself. I still have ways to go before I hit my goal, but I had to give credit when credits due … I never saw these results with any of my previous trainers.

Outstanding personal training both in-person and online! The expertise of the trainers shines through, whether face-to-face or virtually. How they manage the workouts and nutrition on their platform is so convenient and effective. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating! Would highly recommend!
