Introduction: Davis Training Systems - Orlando (DTS) offers personal training, sports performance and sports medicine services. DTS is headed up by Jon and Olivia Davis. We are putting together a well-rounded team that delivers a variety of cutting-edge services, making it one of the most extensive training facilities in the area. DTS is designed to train novice and professional athletes, as well as provide individuals with personal training, sports medical services, nutrition, supplementation and fascial stretching. Additionally, we have coaches who have degrees and are certified along with being recognized as one of the 9 premier gyms in the world that is Westside Barbell certified. We have reached Level 5 (the highest) in the PICP certification, and we are certified practitioners in biosignature modulation, fascial stretch therapy, instant muscle strengthening technique and fascial abrasive technique. We have two locations to serve you: Longwood, Florida and Orlando, Florida.
