    Randy is an awesome trainer. If you do not want to work hard he is not the guy for you. However, if you want to get super fit - he will help you get there. He is always prepared for your sessions and will push you to reach your goals

    Terrible trainer, eats during sessions, and trains multiple people while holding his infant son during your one on one session, as well as a class! Has zero personality... save your money and stay away.

    Randy has helped me get outstanding results in a very short time. After 3 months of training with him I am still constantly sore, building lean muscle and improving endurance. Best part is we have never done the same workout twice!

    I have been training with Randy and Kelli for nearly a year now and have not only seen tremendous gains, but really enjoy training with them. Collectively, they bring over 20 years of experience in weight training, fitness, and nutrition. My wife also trains with Randy and Kelli, even throughout her recent pregnancy. Their workout regiments have allowed her to sustain a healthy lifestyle and shed the pregnancy pounds within just 2 months after childbirth. Unlike most personal trainers, Randy and Kelli are both passionate, experienced, and genuinely care about making sure you get a great workout that's never the same.     Randy Sims is one of the greatest fitness trainers in the industry. Not only is he extremely compotent with exercise and nutritional literacy but he applies practical "common sense" approaches to help you acheive your goals! Lastly, the positive energy that he and his lovely wife Kelli provides makes you feel like you are part of the "Signature Fitness" family!!!

    I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a personal trainer, whether for private sessions, group classes or just to add a little oomph to their workouts, to go meet Randy and Kelli Sims at Signature Fitness. It can be intimidating to walk into a new gym for the first few times, but Randy and Kelli have created a welcoming and family-friendly environment that will make you not want to go back to a regular gym - ever! I started training with Randy and Kelli a year ago and within a very short period of time (and with some nutritional advice) was able to shed pounds and inches and tone up areas that I've never been able to get to by working out by myself. There is also no better way to start a weekend than with a Saturday morning bootcamp!

    Randy is great! Workouts are always challenging and he is always mixing it up so there's variation. I'd recommend Signature Fitness to anyone looking to add to their workout routine!

    I have worked out with Randy since 2005. I was approaching my 50th birthday at the time and thought that I needed to take my health more seriously. I was 45 lbs over weight. Randy helped me with my eating habits, nutrition and exercise programs. The result was that I lost the weight. He has helped me also in my overall health and I am in the best shape of my life!     I have been training with Randy for about 3 years. In that time I have seen, as well as others have seen a difference. While Randy does push you to do your best during the workout. He also makes it interesting and it's never dull. With the different workout routines. It is always something new each time. He incorporates, weights, cardio and TRX into the workouts.

    I am an ex-athelete with both hips replaced and have been working out with Randy for a few years. He is constantly upgrading his equipment and introducing new regimens to keep the workouts interesting and effective. I have never been more fit and well defined. His emphasis on core has made a huge difference in reduced backaches and better fitting jeans. Randy's knowledge as a nutritionist and his constant encouragement have enabled me to loose 20 pounds and keep it off (well over a year now). A half hour at a time is more than enough to get fully worked. I look forward to going to the gym, especially those days when Kelly and her perpetual smile are there as well. This is a great investment in your life and health.

    I had a baby 9 weeks ago and I've been working out with Randy and Matthew as my personal trainers for the past 3 weeks. Each workout is different, I've discovered muscles I didn't know I had, I feel great. The workouts are 30 mins of non-stop intensity and i can feel it working. Randy also created a meal plan. I definitely recommend Signature Fitness, it's worth it.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they offer you a free session, if they have a studio look to see if it is clean and organized, this tells alot about how that business is run. Make sure the trainer is in shape and has a good knowledge of what he does. Ask how long he or she has been in business. Do they have insurance?
