- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Brief Conversation - Let's quickly review your health and fitness goals and determine how my services and programs can help you achieve them. 2) Client Questionnaires & Assessments - The questionnaires and assessments will help me learn more about you, understand how you operate, how your body moves, and your current fitness level. 3) Assessment Review & Analyses - I will review the data learned from your assessment and consider your questionnaire answers to prescribe the most appropriate workout and nutrition program that will address your specific needs and help you achieve your goals. 4) Client Commitment - Once we have determined a plan of action and how we can work together, I will ask for a down-payment so I may begin custom-designing your workouts and planning your nutrition program. 5) Start Homework & Begin Training Sessions - We will use the first few sessions to review and ensure you understand the program and plans and of course, begin putting them into practice!
