Are you looking for a fun, challenging yet gratifying workout experience? If so, look no further! My comprehensive training programs incorporate functional, integrated fitness components (including flexibility, resistance, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, plyometric, and SAQ training) using various exercise modalities and workout formats to offer you the kind of variety that will keep your body challenged, mind engaged, and ensure you have an enjoyable experience every time you train. My training style is NOTHING like a drill Sargent... Instead, my approach is to coach you through each session with enthusiasm and constructive encouragement; provide you with useful education; and be a workout companion (or competitor!) who will motivate you to safely push yourself beyond what you think you are capable of doing - so your body can adapt and evolve while building your self-confidence. Since becoming a fitness professional, I have made it my mission to improve the lives of as many people as possible by helping them to optimize their overall health, mobility, functionality, and performance for life activities. In addition to our workouts, I advocate consistent physical activity with workout assignments, provide resources and personal guidance regarding appropriate nutrition, and I also offer mental/emotional support for the development of a positive mindset. My hope is that through all of these tactics, I can deliver rewarding results that reinforce healthy behaviors and inspire you to sustain them for the rest of your life. With over 5 years of experience as a fitness professional, I have trained hundreds of individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and physical conditions including those with previous and current injuries, various comorbidities, or other physiological limitations. Most importantly, I have helped my clients feel better, move, better, live better, and achieve their fitness goals, and I look forward to having the opportunity to help YOU do the same! In the past 12 years I’ve had 5 different personal trainers, and Breanna has by far been the best. So many things set her apart from everyone else: 1. First of all, she travels to you if you prefer it over traveling to her gym facility. Huge plus—saves you time, you get to work out in the comfort of your own home, and you get comfortable using your own equipment and learning exercises you can do on your own anytime. She also brings along her own equipment when necessary, to introduce new exercises to keep challenging your body. 2. She plans each and every workout ahead of time, documents them, and shares them with you. This is great because A) You know what you’re in for, B) You can reference them when you want to work out on your own, C) You can keep them forever and have a ton of options for future workouts, and D) It shows that she puts a lot of thought and planning into each session. 3. She cares about you even when she’s “off the clock.” If you want her to text or call you to make sure you get to the gym on her days off, she’s more than happy to. If you have a random question about an exercise, food, or what type of protein powder you should buy, she’s there for you. Trainers usually only give you the 60 minutes you pay for…Breanna goes above and beyond. 4. She doesn’t cut a workout short when it’s been 60 minutes (unless either one of you absolutely needs to). If you haven’t finished your last set, she’s happy to make sure it gets done. 5. She’s extremely knowledgeable on multiple levels…definitely knows her stuff. When it comes to workouts, nutrition, physiology/anatomy, she teaches me new things all the time. Breanna’s a certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist through NASM and is currently studying for the corrective exercise certification through them as well. Extremely ambitious… 6. She slowly takes the training wheels off so at the end of the day, you can become more self-sufficient. Other trainers made it seem like they wanted me to need them forever. 7. She always makes you feel like a priority and has your best interest in mind. Like most people, she has a family at home to take care of, but if you ever need to text/call her, or if there is a certain time of the day you’d prefer to meet with her, she makes it work. 8. She is extremely fairly priced. Most trainers charge more for less (they don’t drive to your house, write up your workouts ahead of time, or respond to texts whenever you need them). That part of it alone was a no-brainer for me. 9. She’s willing to do Skype workouts. Just had my first one yesterday, and it was awesome! This will come in handy if the weather is bad (as it usually can be in New England), you schedule an impromptu workout, or something random like car issues occur. There is literally no excuse to miss a session! 10. And what sets her apart from anyone else more than anything is that she never makes it seem like she’s training you as a way to earn a living. Breanna genuinely wants to see you meet your goals. She’s extremely passionate about what she does, and that constantly shows. I’m very comfortable with Breanna—she’s warm, yet tough enough to make you push harder than you normally would. She’s a therapist when you need one—never intrusive, but if I’m going through a tough time or feeling discouraged, Breanna’s great to talk to and gets me through it. She’s a firm believer that you need to make your mind healthy to make your body healthy. Breanna wears many hats—trainer/nutritionist/therapist/friend. I never write reviews for anyone or anything (good or bad), but I genuinely believe no one is more deserving of a positive review than Breanna. She’s motivational, knowledgeable, has a big heart, and will do whatever it takes to make sure you stay on track and hit your goals.

My workouts were challenging in a positive way. I would always get a great workout but was motivated to do more. I was pushed mentally and physically in a rewarding way. I always looked forward to these workouts. It was truly a great experience.

Breanna is a fantastic personal trainer! She is motivational, inspirational, pays close attention to your form and is always mixing up the routine to get you working hard!

Training with Breanna has been both enjoyable and beneficial for me. She brings an exceptional level of fun and professionalism to every session and truly caters my workouts to what I like to do, and what I need to do in order to see results. I couldn't give her a higher recommendation. I have learned a lot from her.

Breanna may literally be a lifesaver. I started working out with her in 2017. A few months after we started working together she helped me realize that the chest pains I was having were serious and should be checked out. After what turned out to be a mild heart attack, she helped me lose over 25 pounds to get me back in shape. She is a motivator and someone who is persistent but she will work with you to help you reach your personal goals. I couldn’t recommend Breanna more highly.
