Introduction: I have been a Certified active Personal Trainer since 2011 as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2017. I train my clients at Lake Nona Performance club located at 6775 Chopra Ter, Orlando, FL 32827. The designing of my Group & Private Fitness classes is a combination of 37 years of experience Teaching Group Fitness Classes, Training Private Clients and Training for my own figure Competitions. You'll love the variety of exercises keeping it fun, motivating , maximizing the time spent to get the best results and a satisfying experience! I know how important it is to change workouts frequently to stay motivated and keep the muscles guessing so your body doesn't hit a plateau. I know how to make working out fun and exciting by using my 37 years of experience in teaching Private Clients, Group Fitness Classes and yoga to design workouts. I love talking about wellness. Working as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor allows me to be around an environment where people are like me, trying to get fit or stay fit through working out and proper nutrition. This gives me an opportunity to be myself and share all my knowledge, experience and expertise with people who really care about what I have to say and offer.
