  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I help clients meet goals for weight loss, weight gain, muscle hypertrophy(growth), increase cardiorespiratory fitness, nutrition, and overall healthy lifestyle changes that they will be able to maintain throughout there lives.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I think it's important to realize that not all personal trainers are the same! You want a trainer that has an education in either exercise science, kinesiology, or another related field. You wouldn't go to an unqualified or uneducated doctor so why would you choose someone to help you along your fitness journey that is uneducated or underqualified for the job? Look at the type of certification the trainer holds and their educational background. Not all certifications are the same. ACSM, NASM, ACE and a few others are top certifications. They require extensive knowledge of the bodies anatomy and physiology, and the bodies response to exercise as well as different forms of training.
