    Our Services (All TERMS of Rates are Fully Negotiable) One Time Consultation Fee Price: Half of monthly rental charge (as set by client). Terms: Owner agrees to pay a One-time consultation fee equal to half the total price of the monthly rental cost charged to the tenant. (Fee due at time of agreement.) Consultation Includes: Tenant placement background verification, lease creation, advertising and listing of property. Pre-screen property inspection to help determine if any repairs or improvements are needed. Contractor search and negotiations (if needed). (Optional) Virtual Monthly Management & Monitoring Fee Price: 5% of the gross rent Terms: Client will pay contractor 5% of the monthly rental charge as it is collected from the tenant.
