- What types of customers have you worked with?
I listen to what my buyers, sellers and investors are looking for then work as hard as possible to meet those criteriors. I return calls and reply to emails within two hours. I communicate on a regular basis at least one email per week. I send market condition report per neighborhood of interest and comp properties.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Alway interview your Realtor, make sure they are the right fit and build a relationship. Real Estate is your largest investment so treat it in that manner.
