- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are always free! Sellers: a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is provided, after an in-home visit, that will price your home based on market conditions and recent sales in your area. Active Duty Military & Veterans: $500 credit applied at closing! In Florida, the real estate agent commission is typically paid by the seller. Call me for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is preferred so we can determine specific needs and locations for a home purchase or to discuss marketing strategy for a home sale.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed by the Real Estate Division of the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a Sales Associate, or Real Estate Agent. Florida requires 63-hour pre-licensing instruction, passing the state exam, followed by a 45-hour post-licensing class. Sales Associates must then stay up to date with annual Continuing Education training to maintain licensure and professional standards. Member of the National Association of Realtors. NAR Certifications: Military Relocation Professional (MRP), certified to work with active duty or veterans relocating to or from the Central Florida area. Member Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) Member National Association of Real Estate Advisors (NAEA) I also attend regular professional training every week to hone my skills to be a great Realtor!
