What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always do our best to keep our prices very competitive. Please let your rep know if you are a veteran, first responder, or AARP member. We base your estimate on satellite measurements and verify those when we inspect your property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to reach out to the number provided within 15 minutes of you selecting us. We will ask for some basic information about your project. While and inspection is required to give you a down to the penny estimate, we are able to provide a preliminary price before we visit the property. If you decide that JAC is the right fit for you, we can usually get started within two weeks of coming to an agreement.
