The phone number is 786-969-2461. Every time I call, they either pick up right away or call back shortly after. Their service is truly 24/7. Whenever I’ve had an issue—whether it’s a problem with my DVR or something like an animal damaging a wire in the attic—they respond quickly. For emergency calls, they do charge a fee, but they typically arrive within the hour at any time of day. When it came to my camera installation, they showed up promptly after I called. I was able to get a quote over the phone, which was very convenient, and even though the job ended up being slightly more expensive in person, they honored the original quote given over the phone. The installation itself took a couple of hours. Overall, they are very nice, professional, and reliable.
