We're reasonable. Bring us your problem and we'll quote you a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
0) We talk: through Facebook messenger, telephone txt, or voice conversation — whatever you are comfortable with — to determine an agreed upon plan of action. 1) Provide an estimate based upon a provided written plan of action. 2) Work until the desired product or service is completed to your satisfaction. 3) Receive payment, or payments, determined by the size of the work. 4) Request feedback—which may happen more than once, depending on the size of the work being offered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of working with people, and troubleshooting computers, which includes: University level courses in Computer Architecture, Programming, Networking, and Databases. As a couple, we attend professional meetings and symposium throughout the year. With a combined 33+ years in the field: we represent a special blend of skills, abilities, research methodologies, and experience.
