I’ve been shopping around for a while for a company to take on my yard as it is mostly a boxed garden and I only have a little strip of land that needs mowing. For some it was to small of a job and for others just way over priced for such a small job. YCO however took on the job for a very reasonable price. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate per visit pricing for each maintenance service provided. We charge an hourly rate for a-la-carte, specialty projects such as tree trimming.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, we provide a first time on-site assessment, diagnosis and full service for any of our services. Upon completion of this first time assessment, the new customer will receive a report for pool service and a before/after photo for lawn services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained on all services provided and receive routine training on industry best practices.
