I've paid way over market-value - $1500 for bookkeeping and taxes. Their systems didn't even work - I attempted to upload documents for tax work - did not work. I emailed them on February 22, never got a response. After a few phone calls and me being rather upset - they blocked my phone call. What kind of company blocks their clients after taking their money. I'm very very disgusted by the service.
