- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and honest pricing. Every project is different, so I like to understand exactly what the customer needs before giving an estimate. My goal is to provide quality work at a reasonable price, with no surprises. I focus on clean results that last, because I want customers to feel confident in the investment they are making in their home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to learn about the project and what the customer wants for their space. I can schedule a visit or review photos to better understand the work. After that, I provide an estimate and explain the process clearly. Once everything is approved, I schedule the project and focus on completing the work with attention to detail, clean finishes, and respect for the home from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in tile and flooring installation. I have spent a lot of time learning proper installation methods, surface preparation, and finishing techniques to make sure the work looks great and lasts. I continue improving my skills by working on different types of projects and staying focused on quality craftsmanship.
