- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The community should know that we have are not here to just collect checks , we are help to educate and inform the importance of tree care, we ask to be compensated what we both agree upon, if it works for us both , we are all satisfied and make a transaction as human beings of care, If we can't figure something out , I'll do my best to extend a hand, but we are a family here . we look out for our people
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to thank them for their consideration and time , and welcome them with open arms to assist the best of our ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying to become ISA certified , I never knew the importance that is was to be certified, but I am A Veteran Of The Army, I was a Heavy equipment operator , skills I still posses and can utilize if need be for a project.
