Natalia is amazing! Has my furniture looking brand new. Most of my furniture is white or beige and with several young kids… you can understand the stains are endless. Our minimum service visit is $115 per appointment, not per item. Individual item prices count toward the total for your visit; if the combined amount is below $115, the minimum applies.
Pricing depends on the type, size, material, and condition of your furniture. Send photos, the number of pieces, and your ZIP code for an upfront quote before scheduling. Any additional charges will be discussed before you approve the work.
If you have several pieces, ask for a combined quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send your ZIP code, photos of the furniture, the number of pieces, any stains or odors you are concerned about, and your preferred cleaning date. I'll confirm that your address is within my service area and provide a quote before scheduling. The minimum service visit is $115.
Before cleaning, I inspect the upholstery, check the care label, and test for colorfastness when appropriate. I then select the cleaning method suited to the fabric and explain the expected results, drying time, and aftercare. Some stains may be permanent, so I set realistic expectations before starting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an IICRC-certified Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT).
My professional training covers fabric identification, cleaning chemistry, stain removal, fiber testing, and proper cleaning techniques for different upholstery materials.
I understand that every fabric is different, and using the wrong cleaning method can cause permanent damage. That's why I focus on understanding the material before choosing how to clean it.
I also continue learning about professional cleaning techniques, products, and equipment to provide the best possible care for my customers' furniture.
