- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on the project's length and complexity. There is a simple formula that depends on the complexity: if the project is simple, it is $40/hr * amount of hours - % (that depends on the agreement and budget) = sum. If the project is complete it's the same formula, but the hourly rate is higher: $60-120/hr * amount of hours - % = sum
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am getting to know the customer, the business he/she does, and the project to accomplish. When we agree on all terms, I start working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in design and art. I studied at the Crimean American College of Art in 2000-2004yy.
