Vlad is terrific. He never stops moving. Communicates better than you would hope. Conscientious enough to have taken his shoes off. Generated some trash as expected but put anything with paints or liquid put in a Ziploc bag. Super honest on his time at work, down to the 15 minute interval. I left my house to go get me some stuff and never worries about not being there. Effusive enough?

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on the project's length and complexity. There is a simple formula that depends on the complexity: if the project is simple, it is $40/hr * amount of hours - % (that depends on the agreement and budget) = sum.
If the project is complete it's the same formula, but the hourly rate is higher:
$60-120/hr * amount of hours - % = sum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am getting to know the customer, the business he/she does, and the project to accomplish. When we agree on all terms, I start working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in design and art. I studied at the Crimean American College of Art in 2000-2004yy.
