- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a heavy promotional discount, anywhere from 30-70%, if the homeowner is willing to let me use their home as a billboard home to the surrounding community, to show off the windows. What I ask in return is confidentiality in my promotional pricing with you, a sign out in your yard upon installation, before and after pictures, and a written testimonial from you, to get bigger retail appointments in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a very simple 5-step process that I go through with every customer... 1.) Identify which windows are desired to be replaced, and create a house blueprint with the entire project detailed and listed. 2.) Show the customer the double-hung window, all the features of a laminate window, the coloring options, and warranty protection. 3.) Answer any questions about the window/warranty/install/etc. 4.) Go over the opportunity, whether it be retail or promotional pricing. 5.) Give you the best steps to move forward with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team has been in business for 16 years, servicing hundreds of homes with new windows. We span all across the southeast, and I am just the promotion manager for Orlando. Additionally, our installers have over 100 years of combined experience.
